"Market predictions for 2024? industry publications often ask us for opinions on the matter and it’s a common question from people I know in various aspects of my professional and personal life. As President of an internationally recognized network of the best brokers in luxury real estate, people expect me to have the answer to this question, especially when there is the air of change on the horizon. The fact is, no one can really predict what 2024 will bring (remember how surprised we were in 2020 after all…), but I can offer some commentary.

Expectations for 2024 are all over the spectrum! Some are enthusiastic, some are cautiously optimistic. One thing is certain, when one place is booming, another will conversely be busting, which makes it ever more important for agents to cultivate relationships outside of their geographical area of focus (a great way to do this - attend LRE® Events). Rely on your connections and seek opportunities on the coming year."
