Provence, an international passion

They are followed by Americans and Canadians, then by European countries such as Germany or the Netherlands. "The real estate market in Provence is holding up well to the crisis, with sustained demand, especially from international clientele. The spring period generates particular interest among buyers eager to realize their projects in the region," explains David Boschi, managing principal at Boschi Immobilier Prestige. To effectively guide this foreign clientele, the company can rely on its team of 48 multilingual collaborators. It also benefits from strong international visibility thanks to its integration for several years into the Luxury Real Estate network, which brings together more than 4,000 agencies worldwide, all specializing in luxury real estate.


Provencal Mas and modern houses

What are the expectations of this international clientele? It all depends on the profiles. At Boschi Immobilier Prestige, 60% of searches are for second homes and 40% for primary residences. While the majority of buyers are in search of an authentic Provencal Mas in stone, others are also drawn to beautiful, very modern architect-designed houses: a living space of at least 200 m², numerous bedrooms to accommodate friends, children, and grandchildren, and of course a swimming pool and immediate access to nature. The ultimate? A wooded plot offering a dominant view of Mont Ventoux or the Alpilles, for example. "Buyers appreciate that we can introduce them to properties that match their project in the Alpilles, the Luberon, Mont Ventoux, and the Drôme Provençale. The coup de cœur will guide their choice," explains David Boschi.

As for the budget, it varies according to the characteristics and services.
